Maple burl cut board 1023 is intensely figured piece of micro lumber. The board was planed both sides to display the heavy black line spalting throughout. The figure also shows burl eyes as well as muscling and flame cut features. Natural imperfections include some checking in a certain areas, as well as bark inclusions and some pith in one corner; as seen in the pictures.
